Black & White & Read all over
You're probably wondering, "what the hell took FS so long to review Black & White?" Well, with a game with this much hype, we made sure to put it under a microscope. Shutting out all outside influences about the game, including previews, other reviews, and hardcore fans, we sat down and played until we had a firm grasp of what this game is about.

If we reviewed the game after only 10 hours, the score would be too high. 25 hours would have resulted in a score way too low. Now with 60+ hours, and plenty of time to think about all of the aspects of the game, we're pretty happy with the review. Keep reading for a detailed look at Black & White (or as some of you chumps like to do, skip to the final verdict and not understand why we gave it the score we did).

Story
Story, what story? You're a god! Act like one! Well, ok, there is a story, however brief it may be. In Black & White there's an underlying philosophical question, "if you believe in something, is it real?" In this case, if people believe in a god, like you, then you do exist. Simple enough. Spawned out of nothing, you now exist as a god, complete with a devil and angel on your shoulder representing your conscience.

All is well in godland until you hear people's pleas against a tyrant god, Nemesis. This was quite a shock for me, as I've been using "Nemisis" as my nickname for years now. I thought the people were talking about me until I shook my ego off and realized there's no way it would recognize my nickname and voice. It was time for Nemesis to face Nemisis.
