Final Verdict

Thresh:
While Blood II generally doesn't break much ground, it remains focused on providing a solid foundation for a good FPS game. It does take some chances, and being able to select a different player attributes is a nifty idea, but I'm not so certain about the final benefit in this case. Multiplayer action remained the best part, and you've got to admit these boys know how to throw a party.
Kenn:
I found Blood II to excel in certain aspects, boosting up what would otherwise have been an average game. Very few games had the perfect soundtrack (and yes I love Doom's original soundtrack as well); Blood II does. Its eerie tunes add to gameplay by "epic proportions." I wasn't too crazy about the ammo-only model, but I think that being able to skillfully adjust player attributes can add spice to Bloodbath; couple this with strategic weapon selection, and you've got the potential for something big!
