Good to be Evil

Two years ago, Bullfrog delighted gamers with its innovative strategy game, Dungeon Keeper. What set Dungeon Keeper apart from the rest, aside from Bullfrog's signature style and British wit, was the fact that the player was the bad guy. Dungeon Keeper took the traditional adventure game where the hero vanquishes the evil wizard and turned it upside down. Instead, you played the evil Dungeon Keeper and your goal was to keep out goody goody knights and take over the happy realms of the overworld. To do this you had to set traps, lure in monsters to follow you, and keep them happy before sending them into battle against the sickening forces of good and justice. Playing a big role in that was the powerful demon, aptly named Horny.

Storyline

The story in Dungeon Keeper 2 is that you're still an aspiring evil demi-god looking to over throw King Reginald and his merry band of do-gooders. However, the King is in control of all the Sunlit kingdom above ground. You'll need the services of Horny, the Horned Reaper, and to get that you're going to have to destroy the King's minions one by one, and collect the portal gems that Horny needs to further enhance his awesome powers. Only then can you forge a full alliance with the termperamental Reaper and have the ability to take on King Reginald and cast the Sunlit kingdom under the pall of evil once and for all. Yay!
