In order to watch these videos, you'll want the DivX codec. Just right-click on "Divx.inf," select "Install," and hit yes to everything. Ironically, due to the interlace-correction during video capture, these videos make the game look better than it actually is.

Introduction Movie - 7.7MB (2:18)
If you only have time to download one video from our selection, this is it. The two minute introduction to the demo we reviewed is split 50/50 between gameplay and real-time cinemas.

Rescuing Jorda - 10.6MB (1:46)
Watch Ico rescue Jorda from her cage in this video. In particular, watch how the light shines on Ico as he climbs up the ladder, and way the light from the torches acts on the walls of the castle.

Swarm - 4.5MB (1:59)
What's a puzzle game that doesn't involve moving at least one crate or block? The coolest part of this video is when Ico and Jorda are ambushed by a swarm of those black-smoke monsters.

Exploring Outside - 11.9MB (1:13)
This is our only high-bitrate video in our collection. This gives you a better sense of the texture quality in ICO than the other videos. Since the action takes place outside, pay close attention to the shadows cast by the two characters. Before Ico jumps into the water, watch for the moving reflection of the windmill and then be sure to look at the way the reflection deforms as Ico splashes around.

Fall - 7.8MB (1:30)
This video shows one way to solve the puzzle in the outside scene. We'll let you guess about the title. Be sure to notice the shadows that are in play as Ico runs across the narrow pathway and when the bridge extends. You'll also see a time when the shadow is improperly drawn as Ico runs down the stairs.

Ending - 11.9MB (3:42)
This shows an alternate way to solve the puzzle, and also continues on to show you the ending sequence for the demo. Enjoy.
