Multiplayer
Under Construction
As of the writing of this review, multiplayer is about to be heavily overhauled. Not only will the code be cleaned up, more options added, and so forth, but soon, you will be able to play Revenant online through Mplayer.com. Back to the present day, though, multiplayer isn't something to idly pass a free half-hour We fired up a game, which consisted of two of us wandering around a dungeon, repeatedly killing monsters and, occasionally, each other. Given the lack of excitement in the combat (the fighting is sophisticated, but not enough so to really hold up as a one-on-one death match) and the fairly blasé level structure, there isn't currently much to do over the 'net. The tide, though, is changing, so if it sounds like something you might be into, keep an eye out.
