Even when controlling lots of territory, funds feel like they are merely trickling in.

What niche?
Strikes an odd balance: Casual players may be driven off by the hex-based/turn-based play, while diehard Grognards might say, “Power-ups? Are you joking?”

Missed opportunities
Political Reputation system could have had even deeper impact on play. Where is the strategic aspect to multiplayer? Why aren’t there other modes?
