Ballistics Report
Pros
Great Artwork. Bullfrog doesn't let down with artwork and ride design that stretch the laws of physics while stretching the imagination. If you liked the graphics in SimThemePark, you'll definitely like the graphics in SimCoaster.
Goal Oriented Sim. Objectives and Challenges give you something to work for and give the game a sense of a plot. Since you choose to activate them, you always have the option to sandbox anytime you like.
Replayability. This is an amusement park simulator, so you can design new roller coasters and parks as many times as you want.
3D Park. Unlike Roller Coaster Tycoon, SimCoaster is 3D.You can even walk around the park like one of your visitors.

Cons
Old Graphics. Some of the graphics in the game are recycled from SimThemePark. The people are 2D, pixilated sprites.
Poor Roller Coaster Editor. Creating roller coasters in the park is a pain in the ass, and you end up losing money because of it. Pre-built coasters are too large to fit into your park.
Missing Clicks. Clicking objects and trash is difficult. Buildings get in the way, and most of the time the menu for a different object than the one you want comes up.
Dumb Employees. It's hard to find good help these days, and in SimCoaster it's impossible. Employees don't always do what they're told, they torture themselves, and you can't even send them away on a team-building exercise.
Poor Overlays. SimCoaster lacks useful overlays. It's difficult to get feedback on your park's performance. Most of the time you have to guess at what works and what doesn't.
