Online Support

Connecting to others

Theme Park World, like Rollercoaster Tycoon before it, will boast an online community where gamers can share their rides, download new rides and items, and interact with one another. TPW goes one up on RCT by offering more robust online support. You'll be able to "publish" your parks online and have your friends visit, walk through them, and even ride the rides online! Other nifty features include being able to take a snapshot of your park and send it as an e-postcard, and of course the ability to chat with other players who visit your park.

Summing it up

Theme Park World looks like it's shaping up to be a real winner. Being able to run through the park in first person and get on your rides in first person is an idea whose time has come. The online support will give the game staying power, while its cute themes will appeal to all gamers regardless of age or gender. Throw in a dash of Bullfrog's signature wit and charm and you've got a surefire hit brewing. When you add it all together, Theme Park World will undoubtedly revolutionize the sim genre and likely take the sales charts by storm - we eagerly look forward to its release.
