Ballistics Report

Pros

Combat
Very few MMO games have managed to make combat as involving and entertaining from almost every angle like WoW has. From PvP to PvE, this is about as good as it gets without making some freakish hybrid of other games. In fact, this IS kind of a freakish hybrid of other games.

Content
The quest and area content presented in WoW is second to none in the current market. The instances are equally as fantastic.

Graphics and Sound
The way the game looks and sounds definitely gives the game a distinct Warcraft feel and at the same time has the flare of originality that makes you want to go out and see it all. Most importantly, the art style will give the game longevity, while at the same time permitting the game to run on lower-end systems.

Cons

Server Issues
No one likes waiting in line, especially if it’s for a game you pay a monthly fee for. Downtime and server crashes are just as unwelcome.

Lag
In a game that manages to play so well on a large range of hardware, it’s almost unacceptable to not be able to visit an area of the game even on really high quality hardware.

Character Balance.
Unfortunately not all characters are created equal at the moment, and like most MMOs, will prove difficult to keep balanced in the future. This isn't necessarily a specific fault of Blizzard's, just a design limitation of an MMO that has to balance solo PvP, group PvP, solo PvE and group PvE.
