The Intel CPUs

Here's a table I threw together showing several current CPUs and their factory settings for multiplier and bus speed settings. Sorry, I don't know much besides Intel and AMD. Realize that slotted or socketed Celerons have the same internal settings, so I don't specify which is which.

Intel
CPU Intel core Multiplier setting Bus speed
PIII 500 Deschutes 5.0 100 MHz
PIII 450 Deschutes 4.5 100 MHz

PII 450 Deschutes 4.5 100 MHz
PII 400 Deschutes 4.0 100 MHz
PII 350 Deschutes 3.5 100 MHz
PII 333 Deschutes 5.0 66 MHz
PII 300 Klamath or Deschutes 4.5 66 MHz
PII 266 Klamath or Deschutes 4.0 66 MHz
PII 233 Klamath 3.5 66 MHz

Celeron 433 Mendocino 6.5 66 MHz
Celeron 400 Mendocino 6.0 66 MHz
Celeron 366 Mendocino 5.5 66 MHz
Celeron 333 Mendocino 5.0 66 MHz
Celeron 300 or 300A Deschutes or Mendocino 4.5 66 MHz
Celeron 266 Deschutes 4.0 66 MHz

Back! What kind of overclocking is there?     AMD's chips Next!
