Midtown Madness 2

Midtown Madness

As a hardware guy, I won't claim to know much about Midtown Madness 2, but the game looked like it had some potential. Offering scores of cars to choose from, I stuck with the Panoz roadster, Mustang fastback, and the VW Beetle. In the build we were given, two cities are available to drive through, London and San Francisco. Here are a few shots taken in SF:

Running through the intersection

Each car exhibited unique handling characteristics. For example, like all 60's muscle cars, the Mustang required quite a bit of wheel work to navigate through the streets of downtown San Francisco. It made up for this with its excellent straight line acceleration -- a classic characteristic of American muscle cars. (Which is why we have soo many miles of straight highways I might add -Ed)
