MS-6167 Specifications

While looking around the MSI website, we discovered a funny thing. We couldn't find any information about it. In fact, you probably wouldn't know the product exists until you hop over to the BIOS download page! This has become a popular trend among manufacturers with Athlon motherboards. It's often hard to find information about their Athlon products. In any case, here's the spec list for the 6167, as written in the manual:

Supports three memory banks using three 168-pin unbuffered DIMM sockets

-AGP 66/133MHz 3.3V device support
5 PCI Slots and 2 ISA slots (1 PCI/ISA slot is shared)

An IDE controller on the AMD 756 Viper chipset provides IDE HDD/CD-ROM with PIO and Ultra DMA/66 operation modes
Can Connect Up to Four IDE devices

On-Board Peripherals
On-Board peripherals include:
-1 floppy port supports 2 FDD with 360K, 720K, 1.2M, 1.4M, and 2.88 Mbytes
-2 serial ports (COMA+COMB)

BIOS
The mainboard provides "Plug and Play" BIOS which detects the peripheral devices and expansion cards of the board automatically.
The mainboard provides a Desktop Management Interface (DMI) function which records your mainboard specifications.
