OC’ing the graphics core delivered a performance improvement of 4-5% for the 5870 in CoD. In comparison, OC’ing the memory to 1330MHz improved performance by up to 2%. It doesn’t look like the 5870 is memory bound here. Of course, World at War is also based on an older engine. Let’s see what happens in Crysis.
