Here you're basically seeing a combination of a fast processor and a GeForce DDR with the new Detonator 5.16 drivers. You can bet that the 95MHz AGP bus also helps performance.
We did a little tweaking and managed to get the Q3 timedemo up to 245fps. Of course, your monitor's maximum refresh rate is most likely 100-120Hz, but it's nice knowing you won't have to worry about having your framerate dip below 120fps.
