FiringSquad Summary:

PowerColorfs RADEON X800 XL card is a faithful reproduction of ATIfs reference X800 XL AGP design. PowerColor uses the same board layout and components, only with the PowerColor board you get a copy of Hitman: Contracts and a suite of CyberLink products. ATIfs own board just ships with the driver CD.

Itfs in this regard that PowerColor has the ATI X800 XL AGP beat. Considering that both boards retail for the same price, the PowerColor X800 XL GameFX would arguably be the better buy, at least if software is important for you.
