The U/760 XP card supports "vivo" functionality (Video-In/Video-Out) with two video-in connectors and two video-out connectors (both composite and s-video for PAL and NTSC) for smooth video recording and video editing.

Video Capability and Multi-Display Support

The U/760 XP card features two independent 400 MHz RAMDAC for supporting two display devices simultaneously, with increased levels of display property adjustment for achieving richer colors and brighter, cleaner images and text under any lighting conditions. The maximum supported resolution for both displays is 2048 x 1536 @ 85Hz on analog VGA displays, and 1600 x 1200 pixels on Digital Flat Panel displays connected via DVI. Depending on the resolutions the maximum refresh rate is up to 240 Hz.

The integrated NTSC/PAL TV encoder supports TV-Out functions with resolutions up to 1024 x 768 without the need for panning. The Video Mixing Renderer (VMR) supports multiple video windows with full quality and features in each window.

The U/760 XP card supports simultaneous use of more than one display devices for increased screen real estate and the ability to switch between multiple active windows for better viewing efficiency. With its built-in digital DVI interface ports and a DVI/VGA adapter, users could select either two analog CRTs/LCDs, or a combination of digital flat panel, analog flat panel, CRT and TV.
