This is the site we've been working on for the last year. The last word in hardcore strategies for hardcore gamers, GX also has a knack for pushing out some of the most aesthetically pleasing site design (now in their 4th revision). If you look hard enough, you'll still find some remnants of the GX-1 design. They've come a long way since then! Tom's Hardware Guide
We'd never have guessed that a big German MD could rise to the top of the Internet, with some of the most informative and detailed computer hardware information available anywhere. From his comprehensive overclocking survey to his huge, all-encompassing articles on RAM, 3D video, and more, Tom has established his site as THE source to go for the straight word in current and future hardware. He also knows how to have a good time, and we'll be able to get him a little more drunk next time for some incriminating photos!

Voodoo Extreme
One of the first proclaimed "web-pimps" of the industry, Billy has led VE from nothing into one of the premiere news sites around. With his "swanky," entertaining sense of humor and unique style of writing, nothing beats this site for up-to-the-minute news. Headed by Billy "Show me the love!!" Wilson, VE's got dibs on everything, not just Voodoo :)

Sharky Extreme
Alex has always done himself and his friends good, and his new site fits his image perfectly - nothing but the straight dope, delivered in some of the most articulate and refreshing prose we've seen since Dead Poet's Society (but without the aversion to split infinitives). Originally entering the gaming scene via "FPS" with Anders Hammervand, and later Voodoo Extreme, Sharky's been no stranger to the community and industry, but the patented look and feel is his alone. He's done a hell of a job, so stop by and let him know!

Blue's News
While Blue's always had that strict journalistic detachment, we've been keeping up with this news-meister since the days of the old Quake Rag, updating daily on "All the carnage that's fit to post." When you're looking for professionalism and journalistic integrity, Blue is the only game in town. From humble beginnings covering the happenings of a yet-unreleased Quake, to his current role as the King of First-Person-Shooter News.

Starcraft.org
While we tend to be more into action games like Quake, nothing beats a little strategy now and then, especially when it's coupled with fast-reflexes and quick thinking. For us, that means a few hours of Starcraft, Blizzard's crown jewel in a continuous lineup of platinum hits. And when Starcraft is the call of the day, Starcraft.org is the Blue's News of RTS. While the crew's a little younger than the old Blue guy, they're building up experience quickly, and the site's become one of the few we continually check.

AnandTech
An up-and-coming hardware techie, Anand has made a name for himself with daily (sometimes bordering on hourly) updates. He's got hardware reviews up daily, and is always up on current news and information. He's also got a weekly RealVideo show, courtesy of AGN and Pseudo Online Networks.

3D SoundSurge
Who would have envisioned 3D Positional Audio to be the next big step in sound cards? Forget vastly improved MIDI or higher sampling rates, it looks like the likes of Quake and Tomb Raider have done more than push just the graphics front of things. 3D Sound Surge is always up-to-date on hardware and game happenings from a strictly audio point of view. Here you'll find news on what games support what sound standards, what's actually up with Creative Labs vs. Aureal, and more. Highly recommended.

Scary's Shugashack
One of the original gaming news site on the web, and also the one with the most personality (and personal opinion), Scary's shugashack is a news page you shouldn't miss.

CPU Review
A pretty informative site when it's updated, CPU Review has solid reviews and is generally on top of things in the chip industry.
