OK- I think $300 is fine, but he needs to have a quota. I think 200 entries would be fair per month, and probably a bonus $3 per entry is a good incentive to do more. So 200 entries for the first $300 (making it $1.50 per entry) plus the $3 per entry (pretty much counts as overtime) with a limit of $100 extra, then I'm not sure what you mean by the $100 performance bonus, but it sounds reasonable.

Can you add another category we need to add to the matrix. I just got a call from an agency that wants to know how many of our people own xbox 360 and PS3, and how the percentage of people who are planning on buying PS3's. We should have check boxes in each users matrix with a complete list of gaming systems. For each system they select the system shows a icon in their profile that they own that gamesystem. Then we can run the totals anytime.

The wish list could come later once the products databae is tied into the matrix. --- The icons can be small, or can string across the screen. We can figure that out. It's all about being able to data mine your users, so this sort of thing becomes important. --- Theoretically, it should all come from the products database. You go into products, which is completely updated and you select each item you own, including hw and games, and which you would like, and it's all reflected in your matrix page.

This page has to be updated. It only shows the latest 50 mblogs. I think it should slow a lot more. It should also show cluster information if in fact it is in a cluster.

When you are viewing media in an mblog, we need a button to go from one to the next instead of closing one and opening the next. This would be similar to the quick nav we added to mblogs in a cluster.

There needs to be a way for the viewer of an mblog to see if a media item is a video or a picture. Now they just show up as a media item. now the videos are shown in red outline

Add media and video space to a news post. In otherwords, when we get a video trailer or something cool, allows us to upload and then post that video in a news item. Similar to adding vlogs etc. to user comments.

It seems to me that I should only ever have to visit my public page to see what it might look like to another user and never to actually do anything there. this has been fixed via the alert notification system

XXX The rating has to be at the top and bottom of an mblog. It can be a little smaller, but should have a color that lets it stand out. And it also needs to be visible next to the title of the mblog in the cluster with a check Y/N for Did I rate this. That would really help get the votes going.

No way to get from "media" to products or articles or anything. Even
if you jump from products out to media there is no way to jump back to

Each product is unable to link to multiple articles, reviews, previews,

why not. Obviously they have to be registered, just like with all messages.
I guess you could put the prerequisite, you have to be a member of the cluster first.
If it's an open cluster, you just join. If it's password protected, you'd be restricted to viewing and not shouting out to all.
Later on, we can add the email feature, so that you can get an update via email if you want to be notified if someone has shouted
