What controller is this to the right?

Not a guess, because I can't say I've seen a trackball that big on a gamepad before. Assuming it is a trackball...

Can't identify the logo either so brand names don't help.

This device uses trackball instead of d-pad. Like all the questions so far, this is about decade or more old.
