I made some changes to the cluster as I put together all the single questions quizzes into 1 giant quiz to save space. [click link below]

This week there are 7 new question and the old bonus question. It follows the same theme as last week quiz and is about as difficult/easy. I've decided to move the bonus question(s) forward as they are difficult as hell and probably won't be answered any time soon. 10 points for a correct answer and bonus points will be given for any extra information.

Hints: Updated 5.1
Question 1 (Image 16) (#1) This Dos game used some special graphics tweaks.
(#2) As for a hint of the name of the game, I suggest think "Douglas Adams"

Question 2 (Image 17) (#1) This game developer is an ex-Microsoft employee.
(#2) Although he works for a successful company, they haven't released many games.

Question 7 (Sound 30) (#1) Added another sound clip from the game Sound Sample 30 hint 1

Bonus Question 8 (Image 15) (#1) Added another screenshot from the game Image hint 10
(#2) Non American game, that is very buggy (the type of game and age can be estimated from the images).

Hehehe....now that we have a few more people participating, I'm at a time disadvantage. I don't usually get to check the site much between friday afternoon and monday morning. Poor me. I knew nolf and streets of rage. Oh well, glad this cluster is growing if only slightly. Now if I could only figure out the other ones :)

Don't worry about it. It's just that if people reply to my comments then I can see on top of the page, in the matrix links, when someone has posted an answer possibly.
Well I'm going to have to take your first answer, which is correct, but if the second answer had been correct I would have said wrong and asked you to only guess one at a time, lucky you. :)

EDIT: This quiz has quite a bit of retro feel to it, so don't worry too much about it.

Let me tell you this, I know you have played this game over 100 times and I know you have heard of this person 100 times. Sound quizzes are usually only very well know games.

Edit: Well it's true that developers and other celebrities of the gaming world aren't exposed as much as we find in other media. But I try to pick only names people recognize, and I think I have only had one slightly obscure person yet. Hint As for this person you hear people taking about his games and upcoming games, very regularly.
