cpu cooler

So I don't even know what the brand/model of my CPU heatsink is. It just doesn't cool well and it doesn't allow me to overclock. It also isn't the quietest thing either. I wish my cold cathode lights and the LEDs on the heatsink were indicative of the temps I am getting but it is not the case. Please upgrade me to true blue cooling!

*Note: If you didn't get it, blue is referring to water or a water cooling kit. But I guess green could be substituted because that is the color of the fluid and tubing of Thermaltake's Big Water 760i water cooling kit.
