As requested, here are some shots showing the differences in water effects between the 6 settings. The reflections of objects on the surface are gorgeous, although your character doesn't cast a refection for some reason. Vampire Elves have infested Middle-Earth...

Very nice. My personal preference in the scenic screenshots is to drop the UI though.

I've seen that NPC's are reflected in water at high detail levels. I guess I haven't noticed that player characters aren't.
