Recently started playing a new game after a few gamer friends turned me onto it and that game is Evony: Age I. When I first looked at it, it looked alot like another game I had once played which I liked.

Little bit about the game. It is a browser based war game. You build up your city with different buildings to make your city a machine for war. A cash shop is available to help out with growing your city at a improved rate than normal but it is not necessary to purchase anything. Every day you are given an item that gives you spin on a wheel that will give you different things from resources, to cash shop items, even the in-game money that is used to buy the cash shop items is given out as a reward.

The game is somewhat fast paced at times but is also a very time consuming one while not actually playing, some of the training that must be done takes days to complete, but are well worth the wait once they are done training.

Since it is a war based game means there is a lot of pvp(player vs player) happening at all hours which is why you build your city to be able to destroy these other players so they do not destroy you first. There is a sort of honor among the players based on how you attack and how you defend. The combat system is somewhat complex it takes your base units stats and adds on all the research you have done to make your troops better. Depending on what research the person you attack has done could spell complete defeat for you or you burn their city to the ground. Almost nothing is safe in the game, your resources are safe to a point but even then they can be stolen by your attacker. Not even your cities are safe if you have more than one. Word to the wise if you are a new player stay away from Morganblood on server 56 because I do not like neighbors unless they are full of resources for me to take.

The game is over all a good game simply put. If games like this is what you like play it you will enjoy it. If you have never experienced a game like this try it out, if you mess up start over on a new server. It takes a little bit of thinking and planing on how you want to build up your city but the game forums are riddled with different guides on how to start out.
