The file upload size can be changed and in fact has already been changed for some people. Let me know if you need more capacity and we'll change it.

Max. video size seems to be 44MB, according to the uploader. Of course, the smaller it is the more likely people will be to download it.

You can always host it offsite and just link to it as well. Some people did this in the machinima comp.

You don't have to worry about downloading it, the videos are compressed into FS's flash codec.

You're still 'downloading' it to an extent though. Perhaps not as a file, but it's still coming down. Personally, if a file in a flash player is taking ages to show up (due to no progress bar), I'll usually give up after a while.

Ah, ok. I was compressing everything to an extremely low-quality WMV that I thought wasn't worthy of my movie but was a necessary evil for the sake of size. K, thanks.

The description of the cluster needs work. Are only screenshots allowed for the contest? The first sentence also mentions videos, the second does not.
