What is the the FAX number?
Lyle mailed me the form but didn't tell me anything about faxing it.Do we have to fax that form? Won't just emailing the filled form be ok?

Doh...I hope they're not waiting for faxes from everyone until they begin shipping...although that probably WOULD be more convenient for them...

Yesterday (March 1) I sent that form to Lyle..Actually he didn't mention anything about faxing..I printed out the form,filled,scanned and sent it back!

another week now, and no answer, they want me to send a fax with my data, dont have a retro fax machine here or access to one + im from Argentina. anyway, emailed the form with the data they wanted, (feb 22) and asked if it was ok.
( feb 28) no reply. i guess i will have to update my chart !

the reason they want a fax is because they want to see your signature. Do you have access to a scanner, so you could maybe scan it and send it to them?

sheeeeesh, I really hope they're not waiting for everyone to be done...
