| since I don't have time during the week, I figured I should unpack and make sure stuff works... after saying I'd wait, it occured to me a couple of days ago that we really can't do anything without the guidelines anyhow. so really there's just the time it would take to assemble the parts that would be an advantage, right?
so with that in mind, I think it's not a bad idea to test everything out and make sure it's ready to roll, in case anything is faulty or breaks in transit. Flag this | Edit this post |

| it's worth noting that every 2-3 months, a report comes out by the "experts" who are studying global warming, and they say something along the lines of 'oops, it turns out that estimates were off -- way off. it looks like it's about 20% worse than we thoughts'
they're not talking about what they thought in 1978, they're talking about what they thought 2-3 MONTHS before.

| some of the other competitions have not featured the reader-ratings so much... like the LotRO screenies competition, the winner wasn't even close to the top of the list -- I was thinking that reader votes weren't being counted much at all.

| this could end up being the greatest movie ever... but I'm sure it won't be. think of the potential, though, in the hands of a master...
I dunno about Favreau as director, but I'll reserve judgement. I wouldn't mind having him as the writer -- have that Swingers scene with Mike calling Nicky, but replace them with Tony Stark and Natasha Romanov. Flag this | Edit this post |
