| | I was trying to avoid adding that information as text to the article's body because it's pretty dry stuff and screenshots are more precise. | I just added that information along with the operating system to the Performance section. The reader shouldn't have to dig through my old articles, after all. Thanks for all the input so far.

It seems all X800 owners who have played S.T.A.L.K.E.R have been unable to run the game with dynamic lighting acceptably. Meanwhile, the GeForce 7600, a comparably-powered but SM3-enabled card seems to run full lighting with ease. The developer might as well have disabled the dynamic lighting options for all SM2 cards.
I still run an Athlon 3000+ Venice core, so I can't judge the multi-core situation. Flag this | Edit this post |
