| | They need to drop the prices in Canada already! I wouldn't mind grabbing that and a buncha HD DVDs for dirt cheap, Rip em onto a 500gig HD and then if Blu Ray burners EVER become sensible($20 a disc=take a hike) toss em on BR and legal futureproof copy of your movie ;) and the Drive and the HD would cost about what 1/3 the price of a BR player :p Flag this | Edit this post |

| Thing about the PS3 is all the fans of BluRay are telling people to buy a PS3 for a bluray player because it will support BR 2.0 and cost what about $40 more than the cheapest standalone? and came with free movies hell the $500 one came with what 15 free movies?
Judging from everything posted all over the net(so this is pure speculation) A good amount of the people buying it have zero intention of buying games for it, which has the possibility to lead to low sales of really good games and the death of any small developers thinking they have this decent sized group of gamers. It may be a win loss for Sony, they sold the most bluray players but the fewest gaming consoles ;P Flag this | Edit this post |

| Wasn't PS3 at Walmart giving away 15 BR movies total black friday? Also all PS3s even the 399 one comes with 5 BR movies. Not to be a stick in the mud but the BR fanboys are rather annoying, sure it's got some good features but bleh the scratch resistant coating can be done for HD and the storage space may soon be null.

Anyone saying they abused their power or the guy didn't deserve it should really get tasered. Anyone I know that has done police camps etc that have been tasered to show what it felt like said it doesn't nearly as much as people make it out to. Pretty much if you have gripped an electric fence you've experienced it in your arms.
And wow after watching that video how can you not say that he didn't deserve it, I have a "medical" condition, #$%@ off, DON'T TOUCH ME
he didn't try to co-operate at all and deserved it. Also elsewhere it says he felt like he shouldn't of been asked to present his ID first because other students wern't asked before him and he threw a fit about that before actually just "protesting" like a child and laying on the ground.
