I'd hardly call 2.3 million sold a flop. I'm sure they were expecting more though. I enjoyed well enough but other than the visuals, I found nothing special about it.
Even WoW's subs are down. I think they're around 10 mil now. While that's still a crapton, they had 12 mil this time last year. Perhaps people are just getting tired of MMOs.
Bummer. I've played worse pc ports and I enjoyed Bulletstorm quite a bit. Oh well, guess I'll have to look elsewhere to satisfy my future needs to kicking dudes into electical wire.
The hack that dropped the site originated from the news section so that feature is turned off for the time being. If you joined the forums you'd know that.
Interesting. I loved the Mech Commander RTS games. I can only assume this will have more of the old Battletech 2 feel. Though I'm curious how the F2P aspect will work.
