| | I do that all the time but every so often I get I'll get a product that doesn't work. I don't freak out and start hurling lawsuits. I take said product back to the store and exchange it for another. If it's past the 30 days where the store will take it back, I get in touch with the manufacturer. Am I annoyed when this happens, Yes I am. Does it need to involve the court system, unless it some how managed to kill my family, Hell no. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Well, if it was a sealed box, then best buy is correct in that technically it is WD's issue. Afteral, BB had no clue tiles were in the box. However, I think the fact that the store manager is a prick is the bigger case. Especially since he was so quick to overule the assistant manager once the returned process had began.
