There is nothing of signifigance in the head. There must be 1000s of similar sculptures with more craftsmanship. Additionally, "One Day Closer to Paradise" being the name of a smiling head? How original...

Look what happened to RIM's Blackberry. The patent judge completely dismissed the claims, but they managed to get an injunction on the product during the time it would take them to argue over this in court. Let's see, tough choice. Win the lawsuit in 5 years without being allowed to sell any products during that time, or pay them off and get the injunction removed, even though there was no chance RIM would lose.

| The best hockey experience I've seen is when an Australian Rules Football fan was visiting Canada and was taken out to a game.
At first he was all cocky, this is going to be boring, nothing is as violent as Aussie Football. He was sitting in the 5th row of one of the corners and the first time someone got nailed face first in to the plexiglass with a really hard check he was like "OMG, did you see that!" .... "Yeah! You fucking cunt! How did you like that!" *gives the finger in the direction of the other team*
*suddenly silence and everyone in the stands around him is looking at him* The girl who brought him forcefully slaps him on the hand "This is Canada! You can't say that here!"
Just the look on his face... "but but but... you can't have a game as physical as this and not expect people to react!"

| I know why they could forget Shadow Warriow. :) The Firing Squad review absolutely bashed it for being racially stero-typical.
I thought the gameplay was pretty good though, it was fun and the bosses were cool too. ;)
Some games are good enough that they shouldn't make a sequel, they should just re-release the game as a 2.0 version. Add a few extra twists with the updated graphics and gameplay and we're all set. eg: Blood 1 2.0 would have been better than Blood 2.

| I dunno, the way things are going now, the golden days of a wealthy middle class seems to be diminishing.
