| I think what Egglick is trying to say is:
If developers are going to want to put physics in there anyway, then a FREE sdk compares favourably to one they have to pay for, or if they have to create one themselves.
In that case, why not? Flag this | Edit this post |

| With the 8 Cell processors it's going to be a monumental feat emulating the PS3 - I wouldn't count on emulators appearing anytime soon.
I'd like Virtual Fighter 5, too, but apart from that I don't really see any other appealing titles on the PS3 atm. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Yes but if a developer chooses to only develop for DX10 this essentially means that you'll have to upgrade to Vista to play that game.
AFAIK Hellgate: London is one those those, which makes things difficult because otherwise I'd have absolutely no reason to upgrade to Windows Vista. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Maybe it's to allow you to grip the base of the blade in case you need the added control for a close confrontation? (That looks like a two handed sword, so perhaps it would not fare so well against something that is more agile in close quarters?) Flag this | Edit this post |
