Dead guy in pic 11 does look like a stock broker that took the plunge during the depression. Definitely 30s like..

The baddie in picture 13 pwns :-)

[Edit:] Kinda weird thing though. The Neon sign says 1959, but plenty of the surroundings looks like they were at home in Metropolis which is from 1927 IIRC...
