| | Ive always been a Valve fan - spend most of my time with their games - also played Diablo 2 big time. But never an MMO. Maybe that's my problem; after numerous online games with out a monthly fee - It's hard for me to put down something like BF3 (free) to spend money monthly. My wife calls me cheap - I prefer frugal! Cancled my pre-order for SWTOR. Beta tested for over 3 months - not just the weekends. Made it to levels 42-43 with a couple characters before server wipes (which were numerous). It gets monotonous over time. Can't justify $60 plus $15 a month for it.... Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Every 2-3 years - currently a Phenom II 940 with 4 GB. Swapped out the 4870 for a 6870 about 5 months ago when I had a newegg coupon (it pays to sign up for multiple accounts) - got the 6870 for $150. Plays BF3 at 1920X1080 with 4XAA. Works for me - for now.... Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I thought I would be playing Rage awhile - I finished it really quick - what a turd that was. As I think Jacob said - no boss battle? I was waiting for the next level to load and in rolls the credits? WTF? Played on hard and never even got any turrets or bots - where were those plans?? | | Rented it on the PS3 for 3 days - cool graphics with that facial recognition. Be interesting to see those faces on the PC. | I have to concur with the 88. It's a great game. Finished it with the male quarterback (name?) that used throwing as his skill, but did not continue. I started a new character (the Oriental knife character) just so I can expore every nook and cranny of the maps. I believe there are certain areas I ran through that you cannot go back and access. Advice: go slow and pick up everything, there may be a mod down the road/later in the game where you need that extra spool of wire!!!
I will say the latest news is Techland pushing back the arena DLC to work more on the bugs. I had just crafted an uber (purple) Military machete with the 'Ol Smoky mod and had it all of 2 minutes. First zombie I threw it at it disappeared! Through the ground? Just vanished? Don't know - just gone....GRRRR..was I pissed! Flag this | Edit this post |

I'm a little older than your average gamer and like the business model of Telltale with nostalgic IPs. Back to the Future was sweet along with the Monkey Island adventures.

| Played all weekend - and immediately pre-ordered. DO NOT cancel Jacob.
Got beta email on Friday - 2.3GB download. Made it to lvl 15 with a Jedi Guardian.

| No - we won't "all be buying at launch without Steam". I played the Alpha - yes, it's Alpha - but they can keep that crap if thats what the final product is going to be.
Origin runnin, the IE browser open (matchmaker?), and then the game running? Absolute resource-consuming Crap.

| No bugs for me at all. Love anything Fallout - call it a mispent youth.....
Still trying to get 3,000 lbs. of gold out of the Dead Money DLC. I do not like to look up cheats on the internet. I come back to it once a week and try something different. | Completed in about 6 and a half hours...digging around, looking for eggs, looking for ways to fry radios, etc. Bought the PS3 version just for the free PC version. Will play co-op with my 10 year old on the 60" starting this weekend. :)
