| Well I didn't want to get a ticket. He stated that his reason for pulling me over was for DUID or DUI. After he found nothing and I was sober, he couldn't write me a ticket for speeding.
Even if he did, I could of easily detest it in court. Any other time he coulda screwed him self.

| Sadly I agree with hipcheck. People are people, students, teachers... shit they are all the same, seems like half this fucking world refuses to grow up, what makes you think alcoholic post grad students are the same?
Everyone probably knows that I'm an IT consultant and I still do computer building on the side. One of my clients was a teacher for a very large local school district in Michigan. After he fucked me out of a little bit of cash I found out (through the company I have a contract with) that he was fired for stealing large sums of money (cash) from a retail department of a store he took a summer job with....
Screw the damn teachers, they are just as bad as everyone else. Teachers used to be respected, but not since everyone does whatever minimum they need to get by in their eduction or profession, respect went out the window, being lazy and unprofessional is in.
RESPECT is the problem
Can't respect a teacher that grades their homework just as well as the students did it... Flag this | Edit this post |

| I've used the same excuse, but it was true. My dad was an ass and I was trying to make it home from my girlfriend's house at around 11 at night.
Blew by a cop in plain sight, 65 in a 25. He thought I was high or something, searched my car and all my shit. After he found nothing and felt like an ass for harassing me, he let me off with a warning and didn't pull me over again after. I hate small towns. But I loved my 1988 Ford T-bird TurboCoupe. Sucker topped out at 145, not bad for a car I paid well under a grand for :) Flag this | Edit this post |

| Sounds awesome.
Would make a date alot easier. Hard enough to be in your twenties and single as is, couldn't imagine being a upscale person in new york trying to relate to some of these over dressed girls while they are taking a look at your wallet while you pay the bill. Flag this | Edit this post |

| No we don't. At least not to my knowledge.
This sucks, our state is poor as it is. We cant afford to fix roads or buy books for our schools and we gotta get involved in this stupid video game stuff. Then what happens? We loose like always, either our money or our dignity.
I hate this state. Anyone here from Tennessee? I'm moving down to Knoxville, need people to hang out with, preferably ones that smoke, drink, play CS, and female (haha, damn some of the chicks are hot down there) Flag this | Edit this post |

| Smacking your girl and beating your dog? Add some beer to the mix and a pickup truck and I could probably write a country music song about the Wii.
Bought a Wii
and a brand new truck
went home, beat my dog
and smacked that slut
Yeeeehhhhaaaaa! Flag this | Edit this post |

| I don't know, people are pushing these consoles out waaaayyyy to fast. I never heard of anyone getting a DOA Sega or SNES.
I'm a bit disappointed in Nintendo. For years they have always put out the greatest products for stability and durability. I've known people who have left their gameboy outside over the winter, under snow and ice, and have it thawed out by nature and still be playable. I have GBA that had a can of coke spilled on it, aside from the buttons being sticky (rubbing alcohol fixed that) the thing still runs great. This internet update stuff is bullshit.
It's a console, why update software and why browse the web? Screw this shit... if I wanted all that, i'd play my PC games on a box i built that cost as much as the PS3 and damn near looks as nice. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Damnit... I beginning to hate HP, even this HP notebook I'm on right now is shit, anyways isn't HP going through some buisness and legal troubles? I think voodoo is selling out. I don't beleive it's about the R&D. High end computer sales are down, I know, I own a business in the field located in Michigan. Economy is bad, even my sales to Canada are down a little over 2/3 in the last year. Alot of customers are calling for low budget gaming rigs or low budget standard desktops. Most people's pockets are not deep enough for a voodoo right now.
Money in the computer biz, if your a small or even mid-size, isn't there anymore. That reminds me, anyone want to buy a small IT consulting company? I'll take anything for it, i'm going to go work at walmart... Flag this | Edit this post |
