| the majority of consumers do that every day; they buy what their local yokel best buy employee recommends. they wouldn't know a radeon from a geforce if it smacked them in the face.
i would assert that people are in one of two major categories: people like us who keep up on things and would have no trouble with buying an amd brand graphics card and the aforementioned average joe who wouldn't really give a crap. Flag this | Edit this post |

| interesting bits about performance increases from simply having a 64-bit cpu and/or upgrading to vista. don't know how accurate that is, i guess we'll find out.
