most german cars are limited to 155 due to the lack of enforced speed limits on autobahns. If your car is delimited and you have an accident then your insurance is pretty much voided.
I was a passenger in a BMW M5 leaving gutersloh for UK and since it was a UK M5 it was happily overtaking german cars which seemed to annoy them (then again the odd porsche seemed to have been chipped though.)
I am surprised that there isnt more damage. I once hit a deer in a transit van, I was doing 60mph and the damage was FAR worse than that and I very nearly caned it off the road.
Hitting a 100lb deer at speed will make a very nasty mess of your vehicle. I suppose the fact that BMW's had crumple zones made sure the deer went into the car rather than simply making a V shape like it did in my transit
My cheapie-tastic 3850 overclocked to 760/1094 and was totally stable/artifact free in TF2 and bioshock. I dont think you need to go buying expensive cards just to get a decent overclock out of a card.
Incidentally does performance "scale" i.e. would gaming at 1440x900 (1.3 million pixels) be roughly equal in performance to 1280x1024 (1.3 million pixels)? Just curious.
