Why not use the Intel Core 2 Duo E6750? It's 2.66GHz, has 1,333MHz FSB, and is actually cheaper (barely, at $195) on newegg.

| Absolutely, but it's gonna take a few more years before the Gen Y'ers have moved on enough for the Gen X'ers to make any changes.
