| This is not the first time Hardocp whines at other websites. They bitched at Tom's Hardware a while back...
I go to Hardocp for news and other things everyday, but when it comes to their articles, I never read them. I found them to be too unprofessional and their testing tend to be flawed... Flag this | Edit this post |

| One thing I noticed that is very wrong with this website:
...we are forced to read every pages of the user comments. If there are 100 pages, we have to click on "next page" 100 times. I only wish we can click on the page number as well as either the first and last page, just like any other forum programs.
Sorry, off topic... but a valid comment :) Flag this | Edit this post |

| hehe...on a related news, just a few days ago, Hong Kong police arrested a 75-year old prostitute. She were caught on the act. She was given HK$20 (US$2.57) for her service.
At that moment, it was the first time I ever think that I am getting paid too much for my service as a Tech Analyst... :-D Flag this | Edit this post |

| Dubai is very Westernized. English is their second language...
Just be careful with the unconventional laws over there, thanks to Islam. ie. Play poker and you might get arrested for gambling, which is against the Islamic law. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Personally, I think if you have the money, you should visit Dubai now before the religious fanatics "infect" Dubai. Much like Lebanon 20 years ago it was an amazingly beautiful city. Now after years to war, it is in total ruin! I plan to visit Egypt soon, again before the religious nuts affect it. It's already a little late now but.... Flag this | Edit this post |

| 15% of the population are native Dubai blood. The remaining 85% of the population are foreigners. Most are Indians I heard from my Indian colleagues currently working for the financial sector in Dubai.
Btw, you immediately get $1,000,000 the day you were born if you are born with Dubai blood. Wow huh?
Good thing there are a lot of patriotic people in Dubai where despite all these wealth they still work for the good and the future of the country. Kudos! Flag this | Edit this post |

| Dubai is one of the very few Middle Eastern countries that actually acknowledge the fact that some day oil will run out and they will have to look elsewhere for revenues. Because of this, they are investing heavily on these massive projects. I saw this in a few National Geographic and Discovery documentaries. Dubai government predict that their oil will only last for another 20 years or so.
I am happy that Dubai is thinking ahead while its neighbors spend most of its time squabbling over rhetorical and religious issues and not much on the future. Flag this | Edit this post |
