| | Am I doing something wrong? Not a single link to FS staff emails works, nor do any of the links in the "contact us" category...they all just timeout. Aside from the matrix, is there another way to send contact info? I've also tried a private message to DanT...not sure if it went through although it does say "sent" Flag this | Edit this post |

| Hey! That's awesome! I really need some extra storage space too since my current system is maxed.
How do I send you the shipping info? I've tried the "contact us" link but it keeps timing out and I can't seem to get a message through. Flag this | Edit this post |

| » Survey contest Hey Dan,
Thanks for the contest and the SSD! Can't wait to receive it. I'm trying to submit my shipping info on your "contact us" link, but it won't go through. Is there an email address I can send it to? Flag this | Edit this post |

| » Firingsquad Survey Contest Hey DanT,
Any word on who won the SSD for the first round of the survey contest? I'm still plugging away on the odd survey that allows me to participate...hoping all the time and effort was worth it. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Ok. Seriously. At the risk of being ostracized for speaking out too much, can someone please explain why a winner hasn't been announced yet for this contest? Is there some kind of problem figuring out who answered the most surveys? I could understand if it was the type of contest where the winner was determined by a judgment call, but this should be just simple math shouldn't it? Maybe getting survey data back from whoever oversees them is as difficult as getting credit for doing the surveys themselves. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Maybe I'll just answer enough surveys to be able to order an SSD from Tiger Direct. Let's see....at 75 cents/survey and with a completion "success rate" of about 10%, coupled with the delay in actually getting credit for the survey's I am able to complete, it should only take me about a year or so to earn enough credits. On second thought, a paper route makes more sense. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Maybe 1 out of every 10 will actually let you complete the survey without kicking you out at some point stating you don't fit the criteria. I've completed a few, but they all remain "pending" as far as getting credit for them. I'm not sure why...it's been a few weeks for some and they're still "pending". Flag this | Edit this post |

| I appreciate the feedback Shalabh and I have sent you an email. I was wondering how long it takes to go from "pending" status to completed. Out of the few surveys I actually have been able to finish, three have remained in "pending" for a long time now. It's rare I get to complete a survey without being terminated at some point so I'd like to get credit for those that I actually do finish.
***Update Nov 4th. I now have 5 surveys sitting in "pending" status. Are these reviewed on a regular basis? Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Another twist. I've had several survey opportunities over the past week. So I log on, start the survey, get a dozen questions in, and THEN I'm told I don't fit the survey group...so I waste several mins each time and don't get credit for the partial completion. Anyone else have the same experience? Flag this | Edit this post |

| Well, after a couple weeks there's only been 4 survey opps to take. Anyone out there have more than that? I'm guessing 4 surveys won't quite do it for that SSD.
And thanks for your brilliant comment Knuckles. If you take the time to sound out the other users' replies, you'll see I'm not the only one having trouble. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Got my mouse, toque and thumb drive today. Just testing the mouse out now...it's model M6880. Not sure if it's a keeper or worth replacing my MX1000 with...gotta try it out on a few games first. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Any luck contacting someone at Gigabyte JT? I'm thinking at some point we should consider sending a group email to Gigabyte's promotions manager if no one hears anything. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Good article...very interesting results. I'm wondering how many readers have the means to put together a system with a core i7 965 extreme and 6 gigs of DDR3 ram. Considering you're testing some last gen video cards, would it have been worthwhile showing results based on a more mainstream system (ie: core2duo E8400 or quad 6600/ 4 gigs ram)?
