| | I haven't pirated a game in years. The last game I think I pirated was the original Quake, and even then I actually bought the shareware (for $5), I just used a crack to unlock the game. After reading all sorts of these forums, I have come to the conclusion that the vast majority of people never really consider pirating, and that only a small percentage of people really do. It was big when I was in High School, but that was because we were all broke. Now that I have a job, I just budget for what I can afford and spend that. I don't even consider pirating anything anymore. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Lets see; Pirates, ninjas, and dodgeball? Three things that are TOTALLY AWESOME! How can this not do well?
But, being serious, I'm not sure how this is really going to work. It will probably be something like Worms where it is just a fun and funny game that is fun to play with your friends. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I lost the original game, and I haven't been able to find it. I have wanted to fire it back up and play quite a few times over the years, and I only hope that this game is as good. I hope it is better really, with a better AI, but I hope that it is sitll a one shot - one kill type of game, where you die if you get shot and not shrug it off like you got bit by a bug. | | Yeah, but it would probably take 20 miles to get to that speed. My roommate had an old Subaru when we were in highschool, and he couldn't drive it on the free-way, and could only get up to 45MPH after about a mile going downhill with a tailwind, and it had something like 65-70 HP. | | Since the sun and the moon are the same size in the sky, (The moon just happens to be the exact size and distance away from the Earth to completely encompass the sun but not more than the sun, which is why the solar eclipse shows the penumbra of the sun) this picture can't possibly be real, since the moon is about 10 times bigger than the sun in this picture. | | It was more the Flash, because Superman didn't have to do that; he had other powers to let him get into and out of places. I remember when Superman and the Flash had a race around the world to see who was the fastest, and the Flash just barely won. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | This site used to be my primary source for information on new hardware and games, but no longer. They just don't review many games, or much in the way of hardware anymore. I now get most of my reviews from AnandTech, but they are a little lacking; always trying to find something nice to say about every product. It is too bad, because I bought my MB after reading a review here (ECS KN1 Extreme), and I bought GC1 after reading about it here as well. But both of those happened a long time ago. There just aren't enough reviews to really use this site in any of my decisions anymore. I just stop by to check the recent news articles now. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | The new PS3 is cheaper for them to produce because they are getting rid of the hardware Emotion engine support. They only reduced the price of the 60GB version to get rid of their inventory. They probably haven't reduced the price of the 80GB version because they are trying to make a profit, or at least have fewer losses per PS3 sale. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Yeah, co-op is more of a console thing. It just makes more sense for it on the console, because your friend is playing right next to you, instead of on a separate computer. RTS's work well in Co-op teaming modes, and games like Counterstrike work too, but even then it is too impersonal and teammates get mad at each other because they lack maturity and personal feel for the other players. | | Your first argument seems to contradict your second argument. Do you just want to make what we have cheaper with better manufacturing processes and such, or do you want to have better products in the future like you say in the second argument? I don't understand what you want, or what you were complaining about. Processes are getting more efficient and cheaper, and both Intel and AMD have seemed to get away from the "I have a faster chip than yours" deal and have gone into designing more efficient and cost effective chips. They will still sell a top line processor, but their bread and butter is always in the main line processors which are now cheaper than they have ever been. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | You have got to be kidding. They have already made the current technology about as efficient and cheap as it's going to get. I mean AMD doesn't even have a processor over $180! Intel's highest priced 2 core system is only $266! What do you think you are talking about? They already did what you asked, or are you even paying attention? Flag this | Edit this post |
