| God damn it people the articles title was sensationalized. The very article itself says that the kid died accidentally after doing something stupid that ending with him accidentally hanging himself.
These stories of people doing fucked up shit over seemingly nothing (killing over video games, committing suicide over Wow) are falsely perpetuated by fools you just read the phony title and don't bother reading the article itself. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Why are video game collector's editions so friggin' lame ass? Making of DVDs? Who watches that shit for a video game? It seems like every video game "collector's edition" (what exactly is being collected?) is just a fancy box (wheeee) and a ridiculous trinket... oh, and that super nerd-tastic making of; "This is where I inserted the last boss into the game. Isn't that cool?!" Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Why do either?! What the fuck is this idea that we have to have ads in games in the first fucking place? How God damn expensive are games getting to make that a producer can say, 100 percent truthfully, that he MUST add ads to games to be able to make them the way they are? And if he can say then what the holy hell was wrong with the old way of making games? Contra still kicks ass, old school FF games rock, these 20 hour FPS can't possibly be that expensive, etc. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | ^Not likely. While I agree with the writers on this on, more money to them simply means re-budgeting something else. The people at the top will never allow a loss in their pockets. Kinda' like raising a minimum wage. Sounds good at first, then you realize the negative impact it will have on how businesses do hiring and allocating and you're basically no better off. | | As much as I like the idea of more Firefly all the actors from the show have simply moved on to new things. It would be pretty impossible to get all of them back together to carry the show on. Though, recently I read an article about a studio's interest in getting a new movie going (likely direct to DVD with major changes). Though I think that was just Whedon talking about how it could theoretically happen - not that it's necessarily going to. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Hehe, I like that Astro-Fly called me American. It's kinda' weird to hear a Canadian go straight for the "American Pig" insult without even actually knowing whether the person he is talking to is American or not (I'm not). I thought you Canadians were supposed to be better than that. At least that's what you keep telling the rest of us.
Anyway, whether you guys have a boner for Edmonton or not doesn't change the fact that it IS a dirty hole of a city. I don't care if you don't agree but I think it's a hole - and that's that. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Edmonton is such a shit hole... I've been there and it's a dirty hick town with a lot of dumb ass bylaws. I remember one where you had to shovel the city owned side walk around your house or be fined. I'm not talking about cleaning the ice off your steps so that the mail man doesn't fail and sue your ass, I mean the side walk has to be clear of SNOW or you get fined. It snows like 7 months of the year. And since when was it your fucking problem when some dude slips in the snow? Take one step off the sidewalk onto the road and the house owner is clear - but snow ON the sidewalk? YOUR SCREWED! Flag this | Edit this post |

| The three most common insults on the net:
1)Remarks about how people are wrong/dumb/have no credibility/etc because they are virgins/live in their Mom's basement.
2)That the insult-y wacks off (implying that "normal" people don't jerk it... which we all know is complete bullshit).
3)That having sex with someone's Mom is the most harsh thing that the insulter can do to hurt the insult-y.
And they all work everytime! ;) Flag this | Edit this post |

| Hehe, yeah. Momentum is the biggest cheat ever. Seeing people throw up those dumb bells doing bicep curls is always funny.
Though, I don't think Knuckles was referring to looking good - just losing weight. Eat less calories than you burn means lost weight. You may end up looking anorexic but if that's your thing... ;) Flag this | Edit this post |

| [To SFtheWOLF] Yeah, it's popular and that IS why I don't like it... so, now what do you have to say? Hu? Is their more to that line or do fanboys simply have nothing else to argue with?
The iPod is a fucking MP3 player with a wild price tag because Apple knows dip-shit hipster teens will buy anything that's popular. [Popular being defined by a marketing company owned by the manufacturer, of course.] The article says, "...the iPod has become an integral part of life". What the holy FUCK is it talking about? Was portable media invented with the iPod? Does the iPod do anything beyond PLAY the media? How the fuck does life BECOME integrated with a portable music?
I refuse to buy an iPod because, yeah, it's popular. I hate the fucking owners that talk like a commercial about about. I hate that marketing makes it sound like it's even ONE fucking feature better than any other MP3 player. I hate the mother fucking "I" in front of every God damn Apple product. I hate how everything is white for some stupid reason. I hate how everything says, "iPod compatible" instead of MP3 player compatible. And most of all I fucking hate hippies. So, FUCK YOU iPod, and FUCK YOU "You hate it because it's popular" teens.
