| the contestants, and the radio station employees, *should* have known about the possible risk of drinking too much water without urinating, which is the basis of the most common tort (specific lawsuit) of all: negligence. i'm sure a quick search on Google would give enough info to prevent such ridiculousness in the first place.
for what it is worth, you'd have to be pretty f*ckin' stupid to drink water and not pee for an inexpensive piece of electronics... sounds kinds like a Darwin-Award candidate to me. Flag this | Edit this post |
