Yeah, but the pirated versions are buggy as hell. Besides, how many people are like impar and need to have it installed on two seperate OSes? I have it installed on Vista64 and I doubt I'll be upgrading til Windows7 releases. For the general populace, the DRM isn't that big of a deal.
I never ran into any "stutter" issues with TES4. I thought the engine was great. I just hope that when Fallout3 releases, people like you don't blame the game for their jacked up rigs.
Did you not read the whole article? Most of OPECs investors are over here and the government will be suing those investors for damages. Just the threat alone will cause OPEC to lose investors which causes them to lose money.
That's what the patent system has become. Before it was to protect inventors, now it's used to lay rabbit traps waiting to snare a big check for someone else's innovation.
