| | Label me a skeptic. A machine that has render a image that is barely CGA resolution (even if twice) and cannot support more than simple bilinear filtering (if that) is not going to be anywhere near as powerful as the 360/PS3. Sorry. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | But if this is the case, it's not going to cost NVidia significantly less than producing their 470/480 card, meaning the mainstream card has to be sold either at a loss or at a significantly higher cost than the AMD 5750/5770. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Wow... you're suggesting, Google, which is the front runner in open-source and free software to the public is a bad thing because you can voluntarily utilize some of their services?
I feel bad for you if you don't utilize anything that's Google-based. I'll gladly sign my life away to Google to utilize an Android-based smartphone (already have!). You are free to use your cryptic, closed, and expensive Android alternative. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Limbaugh is just a hot air blower. If anybody takes this guy seriously, there are issues. Hell, anyone that is a pundit (I use that term loosely) on Fox News or MSNBC can't be taken seriously because they are sensationalists (from both the right and left, respectively).
Can't we all agree that certain things need to happen and we should all sit back and hope for the best? The past 8 years was clearly failed Republican leadership, now let's see if Democrats can fix things with the time they're given. If not, Republicans will be given control again, and the cycle begins anew. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Because it's... fun? I love using facebook because it's entertaining and also helps you keep tabs on folks you might run into years down the line after moving away to various places (I just got in touch and met up with folks I hadn't seen in 7 years because we happened to be in the same city on a trip). | But at what price. Yes, the tech is cool, but the tech is not mandatory like it is on Wii. You need to buy a $300 PS3 or 360, get additional hardware (probably $100 or so for each console) and then additional wands for the PS3 or additional cameras for 360 (unless Natal has a very wide angle lens which I wouldn't think it would).
How many games will come out for it? Few companies will want to develop on something that has a very small user base (you're taking a fraction of the 360 or PS3 user base, which is already smaller than the Wii's to begin with).
And do you have interest in motion gaming? I sure as hell don't. If you're interested in it, you've probably already bought a Wii in the past 3 years. Flag this | Edit this post |
