Major editing is comming! Sorry that I posted this or anything, I was tripping on mushrooms yesterday and this must have seemed like a good Idea or something. I guess I saw the word contest and it had some deep spiritual meaning. Regardless, I'm surprised it made as much sense as it did and I will have a new much more gooder version up soon.

The article is intended to explain how and why a console dominates or fails. I explain how Sony won two generations of the console war, why they took the lead from Nintendo, and why they are doomed to lose their position unless they change their idealogy. It is not a research paper and it only explains my opinions, I assure you that it is however factually correct. Think of this as a cringely for firingsquad. Feel free to try tear it apart, I would love to comment on your views.
