| | Squiddy, do you believe sending troops to Sudan will accomplish anything other than a temporary peace? Do you think the US should keep a permanent force there to keep people 'under control'... if that is the case, shouldn't the US send troops everywhere to keep the peace? Isn't that a form of imperialism? Do you think the US should attack terrorists on their home soil? Do you think it was a good idea to cause a certain level of disorganization in the Mid-East to make the terrorist focus more at home than abroad? Do you just plain hate because that is the way people act when their political leaders are not aligned with their personal ideals, or do you suppport your country? It is outlined in most Islamic texts that Israel (and Westerners) are enemies to Islam and should be erradicated... in fact the whole purpose Hamas, Hezzbolah (sp?), and any other Islamic radical group is to make this a reality. Envisage a world were everyone hates you and you are surrounded by them, and then they kill you slowly (1 a day). These Islamists aren't doing a fast war (let's wipe them out now) they are doing a slow war that will last a thousand years if needs be to completely wipe out Israel (they're patient, I give them that).
Why don't you take your damn head out of your ass and look at past events, current events and make a reasonable guess as to future events if Israel doesn't do anything. And NO, diplomacy doesn't solve all the worlds problems.. hence the A-Bomb over Hiroshima that ended the Japanese campaign in WWII without any more loss of life. Flag this | Edit this post |
