this also includes a LOD shader fix which makes distant to close landscapes look and merge better so thats a good reason to get it.

I didn't hate the PS2 but i think theres nothing special about the PS3 that makes it worth the extra money for absolutely no games when you could get a 360, also PC gaming is pretty much dead for the next 2-3 years aside from Crysis which lets face it is just a mediocre shooter with "shiny" graphics.
