In the greater north eastern states within +/- 1hour of NYC homes with typically be that much, as is California and South Florida... but everywhere else you can still get a nice decent size home for 200k.

I have a 3800+ X2 with a 7900GT and the games seems to run like crap? Is my CPU holding me back? Would I notice a difference If i upgraded to a 4800+ now since there so cheap?
