| People who see a space in a game which says Pepsi on it and get offended must not leave the house to often.
It's always a real treat to see people squirm when there are ads in a game, much like they are placed in real life, and are so quick to call bull shit on it and won't buy it because of it.
I'm sorry, but unless you want to give more money for a game to support the ever-growing size of teams to make a game, just take it and like it. Flag this | Edit this post |

| My friend keeps going on about the Phenom and sometimes I just want to tell him how terrible they really are. Usually, you can nab a Q6600 for $260 on NCIX with 9.99 Express Shipping so this would make the price difference a moot point. Adding insult to injury, the new "low end" Q9300 can be nabbed for roughly the same cost (maybe a little more).
AMD offers very little for the enthusiast market with these chips. You got a 200 mhz increase on a unlocked chip? I got 1350 mhz on my locked E4300. Even the Q6600 G0 can push out impressive numbers on air. Flag this | Edit this post |

| We can have movies, documentaries and books which can go into much more detail about the holocaust and it's fine. Some actually winning awards.
But when it's on an entertainment system, Look out!
There are too many pussies in this world who want to make it their own politically correct utopia free of rights and expression and it's a god damn shame. Flag this | Edit this post |

| At this point, any company which releases a solid title is pretty much the new best, when overall it's just a drop in the bucket to the entirety of the history. Make a few Triple-A titles or classic games and then we'll talk.
Nintendo
Square
Blizzard

Capcom/ Konami tie
Of course that top 5 is subjective, but who can argue against:
Zelda / Metroid / Mario
Final Fantasy (up to 8) / [name] of Mana / Chrono
Warcraft / Diablo / Starcraft
Doom / Quake
Street Fighter / Resident Evil / Breath of Fire
Metal Gear Solid / Silent Hill / Contra Flag this | Edit this post |

| That is sort of counter-productive considering any kind of genuine gamer (rather than a ignorant fanboi) still thinks the Atari 2600 is one of the iconic pinnacles of the gaming world save for the 5200. What a load of junk that was.
Any console to have an impact like Atari did will forever be known in history of entertainment.
So once again, it really boils down to you being either (a) to young to know any better or (b) just delusional from your own ego. I also think it's funny how you sway your argument that consoles suck and then come about to say the PS3 is Jesus in a box. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Additionally, Intel is in the process of transitioning to its next generation of products on 45nm process technology, and there could be execution issues associated with these changes, including product defects and errata along with lower than anticipated manufacturing yields.
This really kills me. Do they think everyone can just ditch their previous system each time they create a new standard?
I don't know about you guys, but I have devised an equation series in regards to this:
(Cost x Amount of Cycles in a Year) - Pay per month = Broke/Debt/Rich
(1200 x 2) - 600 = B/D/R
2400 - 600 = B/D/R
1800 = D
If = D
Months x Pay = 1800
Months x 600 = 1800
Months = 1800/600
Months = 3
Months / Cycle = Each Cycle to Pay Off in Months
3 / 2 = 1.5
Hurray I can do basic math! Flag this | Edit this post |

| Considering they ship the consoles to Mexico for repairs, it would not surprise me if the people working on the line are given strict instructions as to wiping the case clean or lose your job.
As for the above, it's shear outrage that someone would want to have a unique system I tells ya! Flag this | Edit this post |

| I might just not be seeing this correctly, but with such a enormously huge box for the cooling system I find it hard to believe a notch at the top of the card is adequate to vent the heat out of the case.
I would really hate to see this card blow it inside the case. That's a lot of heat being thumped out, even if it will be vented by system fans. Flag this | Edit this post |
